In most cases, yes. Severely matted coats sometimes need to be trimmed shorter for your pet's comfort and safety, since de-matting a heavily matted coat can be painful. We'll always discuss the plan with you before we begin.

Our one-on-one, private-suite model is ideal for nervous dogs — many do better without the noise and stress of a crowded salon. For everyone's safety, a muzzle may be used if needed, and we'll talk through your dog's history before booking if there are bite concerns.
